 It is the second most consumed mushroom species in the world as a protein-rich food. It has been used for centuries in the treatment of various diseases in Far Eastern medicine. It is a powerful source of antioxidants, vitamin D and protein. It is very rich in vitamins and minerals.
 
You can obtain 9 kg of F1 mycelium to be used to produce mushroom compost by using the sterilized oats with 5 ml of liquid mushroom micelle that you have purchased.
Although it varies according to the type of mushroom, your own mycelium that you can use in compost production will be ready in an average of 3 months.
Then you can transfer this mycelium to more oats (by sterilizing again) and continue to produce your own mycelium.
